A warm Welcome from myself the artist.

From a background in Art, Literature and teaching Art, the 'Our Neck of the Woods' Range of cards and prints have been designed from a concept that is full of nostalgia, vintage-style imagery and story telling that I loved as a child. In a busy life, there is much to be said for a return to the peace and tranquility of the woods, and spending time in walking and being present in that wonderful ever changing environment has been perhaps one of my most enjoyable and reflective methods of inspiring artistic and creative ideas.  I am lucky that I now live again near the woods I played in many years ago.  I hope that you find in the British whimsical woodland creatures that inhabit the woods of my imagination, something that reminds you of your own 'Neck of the Woods', and something reminiscent of your own imaginative memories. For the younger members of our families, I hope that these original illustrations inspire new imaginative ideas and possibilities.
